North Kiwi Limited was founded on 30 November 2022 with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between skilled agricultural workers and kiwifruit growers across the Bay of Plenty region. Based in Te Puke at 58 Tynan Street, we operate from the very heart of New Zealand's kiwifruit capital.
Our company emerged from a deep understanding of the seasonal labour challenges faced by kiwifruit orchardists. We recognized the need for a reliable, professional labour supply service that understands both the demanding nature of orchard work and the importance of matching the right people with the right roles.

Nitin Bonsra
Operational Manager & Shareholder
Nitin oversees our daily operations, bringing 10 years of hands-on experience to the team. His management is grounded in technical expertise, ensuring high standards in all orchard activities.
